Siberia is a place where the food that is planted by its habitants predominates, like vegetables, Shitake mushrooms, which besides being a delicatessen also has medicinal properties. Black berries, with which produce wines, jellies and essences. There are different environments in the area, because of a combination of subalpine, paramo and subparamo forests. The first neighborhoods in this place appeared after some people arrived in the mountain in quest of coal, to use it in the railway. Currently, natural resources exploitation in the area has decreased. Production in harmony with the environment and forest protection are shared with the visitors.
